We’re finalists!

Unlike some awards that can require investment in time and/or money to generate nominations, and can put small businesses off from entering, these awards are entirely different. We didn’t even know we were being judged!

Now in their 20th year, the NORA awards (National Online Recruitment Awards), have asked the candidate community who they consider worthy of the Best Small Recruitment Agency award, and we have made the finals! Out of 160 small recruitment agencies, we are one of eight to go into the finals. A highly experienced panel of recruitment professionals will decide and announce the winner on the 10th November 2020.

As a finalist, we were given the opportunity to talk about our website and the role it plays from a brand and engagement perspective. Here’s Adam Smith and Anna Smith chatting with Stephen O’ Donnell, Founder of the Nora’s:

Whichever way the wind blows, it’s quite an achievement to be a finalist, judged on the candidate experience we offer online. Our site and online presence have really been a labour of love, designed with empathy front of mind.
