Our Salary Survey 2021

​The last salary survey was in 2019, with data taken from a candidate survey and BTB consultant knowledge. We wanted to update it, however, given how unique this past year has been, we felt that the data we would receive from a candidate survey would not be robust enough and any insights would be skewed. As such, for now, we have decided to provide the industry with an update on salary data only. This is taken from our consultant’s many years’ experience across Creative, Marketing and Digital (Permanent and Freelance), combined with current insight for the period October 2019 to the end of March 2021.
