As part of the senior team, my key responsibilities are focussed on the current and future performance of the business overall and how this is delivered through our team of excellent consultants, sound planning and ongoing review.
At Beyond The Book, we believe strongly in ‘smart’ recruitment and how we can break the mould of a traditionally high-volume and, typically, low-quality industry. As a management team we work hard to create the environment, processes, support and time for our consultants to work ‘smart’ and fully commit to helping our clients find fantastic, talented people, who have not only the right skills and competencies, but are a great fit culturally, for their organisation.
