*This can be perm or a 6-month fixed term, temp to perm contract and can be full or part-time, 3-4 days per week*

Our client is looking for a strategically-led Senior SAM / AD who has credible experience managing employee engagement campaigns and internal communications. This exciting new role will be heading up one of their two business units, focusing on creating and strengthening relationships between organisations and their employees through cultivated strategies, engaging content and bespoke platforms.
With core employee engagement experience either through an agency or client side, you will bring knowledge and expertise on the best strategies, channels and technologies out there to connect business to their people. With a passion for this field, you will be an employee audience champion, with the gravitas and communication skills to present, proposition and educate the agency's clients on how they can meet their objectives and the benefits and successes that can be gained from these strategies.
You will also be seasoned in account management and delivery, from defining initial propositions alongside a senior team, to leading and supporting on the scoping, conception, production and delivery of employee engagement and internal communication content and campaigns, ensuring these are delivered on time, in budget and marries up to the initial proposal.

The ideal candidate for this role will have the following attributes:
Core experience working on employee engagement campaigns and internal communications gained in agency or client-side
Worked your way up the account management chain and will be well versed in multi-channel creative communication and content delivery process
Experience working at senior level on business strategy and proposition
The gravitas and experience to strategise, plan and pitch to new and existing clients
Worked on audience experiences and journeys, workshops, personas
Have knowledge of how to gather research and insight to inform and activate initiatives
Be a big thinker and voice at the table on how best to move strategies forward
Have a good knowledge of digital tech (UI / UX / Digital product)
Essential experience delegating, nurturing and training a team/department
