This role is £48k - £54k (DOE) with excellent company benefits and flex around working 2-3 days from home per week. This agency is based in a very modern office space which is easy to reach from all parts of Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and easily commutable from London, with free on-site parking.
Our client is a well-established, successful agency, based in Oxfordshire, specialising in B2B healthcare for global markets. They work very closely with some of the biggest brands in the pharma sector, delivering award-winning brand solutions, product campaigns, iPad presentations, websites, print adverts, mailers, and more. This busy agency has had vast growth over the last eighteen months and is aiming to continue growing in the future.
Due to recently winning new business, they are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager looking to take the leap to Account Director or an Account Director looking for their next challenge. This role involves managing Junior Account Managers as well as overseeing some of the agency's biggest accounts, focusing on successful project delivery and building and growing client relationships. You will be responsible for the strategy and development of your clients, using your industry knowledge and expertise to influence stakeholders. You will also be a hands-on account contact, managing the communication between the senior level client and the creative teams. The role will include supporting on pitches, scoping new projects, managing briefs through the in-house creative studio, managing budgets, creating status reports and file management.
There will be a mix of promotional and non-promotional projects, traditional HCP advertising, pharma campaigns including consumer targeted social media campaigns.

You will be successful in this Account Director role if you:
Have a minimum of 2 year's previous healthcare agency experience or have a science degree
Have previously led key client accounts
Are degree educated (or equivalent)
Have demonstrable experience with research and strategy
Have managed Stakeholders at all levels
Have experience with the scoping, planning and delegation of large-scale projects and campaigns
Have an understanding of how pharmaceutical drug campaigns work
Are a strong multi-tasker who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Are a big thinker, who isn't afraid to ask questions or challenge the brief
