Our Client
This agency is based in the heart of Cheltenham and is an innovative and fiercely independent packaging design agency working across both 2D graphic and 3D structural packaging design. They work with a mix of leading and emerging consumer FMCG brands, to a high standard.
They delight their clients with quality design and exceptional service, which has enabled them to grow and thrive and they are now, after some fantastic client wins, looking to boost their team with an Account Executive who can manage the day to day administration tasks as well as supporting on the servicing of client projects.
The Role
You'll be working closely with the SAM and MD, to help manage the day-to-day running of some of their busiest accounts. A typical day might be anything from managing all things administra tive for the agency, inclusive of answering all business calls, ordering stationery and office essentials, managing CRM systems, populating quotes, liaising with suppliers and managing all the agencies social channels. You will utilise your account handling experience with tasks such as attending client meetings and taking minutes, actioning research for new client briefs and assisting the SAM on the daily management of projects through the studio, compiling briefs and ensuring solutions are on time and on budget. You will be motivated, smart, switched on and able to hit the ground running with little assistance. There is a lot potential for progression for the right person who shows gusto and passion for the role and work they do.
About You
We want to hear from you, if you:
Have 1/2 years agency account handling and administration experience
Have exposure to print artwork delivery, inclusive of spot colours, CMYK etc
Love working in a creative environment and have an intrigued for packaging design and brand comms
Are highly organised and have notable experience managing workloads autonomously and as part of a team
Be able will pick things up quickly and have the enthusiasm to muck in to all tasks, however big or small
Are a natural people person, with excellent relationship building skills and a love and commitment to a great service.
Are friendly, confident and have a preference for small agency culture, where team spirit, collaboration and a 'can-do' approach is highly valued
Have ambitions to be an Account Manager with the right training and support
