We have the pleasure of working with a Birmingham-based agency that creates multi-channel content for numerous clients and sectors, including arts and entertainment, B2B, charity and construction. You will be working with a highly creative team delivering high-quality, innovative solutions across creative, design, digital, media and print.
As part of the Account Management team reporting to the Account Manager, the Account Executive will support the team in managing a portfolio of key clients, delivering a high-quality service. This will involve ensuring the smooth running of the agency's key accounts across both small and large projects.
As the Account Executive, your responsibilities will include:
Preparing quotes, writing briefs and creating schedules for clients, as well as ensuring purchase orders are received before a project commences
With the support of the Account Manager, ensuring the smooth organisation and operational delivery of projects
Liaising between clients, the studio team and third-party suppliers to ensure that the project is successfully delivered within budget and to brief
Following the quality assurance process to ensure all design, print and digital projects meet the requirements of the brief and are in line with brand guidelines
Liaising with the Studio Manager to ensure all projects are booked in with the correct creative team and update on any scope of work changes and amendments
Act as the main point of contact between the client and the creative teams regarding any queries or amendments
Supporting the Account Manager across projects, client meetings, presentations and pitches when required
Qualifications and Experience Required:
Proven client relations/account management expertise or other relevant experience
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience of working in a client-facing environment
Knowledge of print and digital design projects and their production processes is desired but not essential
A proven high standard of verbal and written communication skills to be able to deal confidently, professionally and efficiently with clients at all levels
Great multi-tasking skills and ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Excellent organisational skills with great attention to detail
A team player willing to provide support for the whole Account Management team as necessary
Ability to work flexibly and effectively both in a team and independently
