Our client is a very well-established brand and design agency that works with some of the biggest names in retail. They are now looking for an Account Manager to join their Client Services team, working across retail projects for POS and packaging, based in the client's office in Uxbridge (either 5 days per week or part remote ). The agency is a very collaborative bunch; working closely with their clients to create a mix of design executions for digital and print experiential projects. If you love managing fast-moving project briefs and get a buzz from achieving the best results for your client's then this role would be for you! This is a permanent role offering a competitive salary.
The Role
You will work alongside a Senior Account Manager and Account Director, based full-time in the client's very modern Head Offices in Uxbridge, which has onsite parking and a free shuttle bus from the station to the office. You will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project delivery including, creating schedules, booking in resource, gathering costings and working closely with designers to ensure they create the best quality artwork, which fits the brief and exceeds client expectations.
About You
You are an Agency Account Manager with retail brand experience (an understanding of POS would be an added bonus)
Have previously delivered both print and digital projects for retail brands
You want to join an agency and have the opportunity to progress in your career to Senior Account Manager
Have a very positive can-do attitude with a curiosity to keep learning and developing
Love a challenge and enjoy bringing solutions to the table
Be confident to run with client briefs and not afraid to make suggestions
An understanding of Trello would be an advantage for managing projects with the design team
