My client is looking to add an Account Manager (£25-30K DOE) to their team in Central Birmingham. This fun and very creative agency create campaigns for both large and small clients across multiple sectors. If you are looking for a role with lots of hands-on project delivery across advertising, design, branding and digital then this role could be the role for you! No project is the same and they really care about the content they create and delivering creative work to exceed client's expectations.
Regular communication with clients for campaign requirements and project objectives
Support with the day-to-day running of campaigns and client accounts, supporting the agency team with developing campaign strategy and execution of campaigns across a mix of media channels
Managing creative assets through the agency studio team and support senior team members with the management of the studio schedule
Ensuring projects are delivered to brief and on time, meeting and exceeding client expectations
Content planning, production and scheduling (organic and paid) across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn for a variety of different brands
Making recommendations on which are the best creative channels to use to target the right audience and deliver the best results for the client
Set up social ads and optimising the ads to target the right audiences
Creating contact and status reports, costings and general admin responsibilities
Copywriting for social content, blogs and emails newsletters
Production co-ordinator on film shoots (pre, post and during delivery) for social media content
Delivering email marketing campaigns and creating reports to showcase campaign results
Carrying out competitor research relevant to the client or project for pitches, proposals and presentations
You enjoy working as part of a creative team, delivering multi-channel campaigns and being dedicated to your clients. You have worked either in-house or at a creative agency managing projects for a minimum of 1 -2 years. You are motivated and enjoy delivering projects across channels that may be new to you, but you have a very positive and can-do approach to learning. You are excellent at juggling a high volume of projects at one time and can be quick to react when project priorities need to change. You want to work for an agency where you can stay for the long term and progress to Senior Account Manager over a period of time.
