As Senior Account Manager you will be responsible for managing project delivery and coordinating work through the strategic and creative teams, as well as working closely with freelancers. You will be the main client contact on your accounts, working with your clients to determine the project scope and briefing the agency team.
You will really get know your client's business to help execute the best possible outcome for their campaigns and will oversee and manage the project schedules and budgets. You will be super organised, manage resource timelines to meet the client's expectations, whilst juggling a number of projects at different stages.
Have at least 2-3 years agency experience, working across creative projects. You could be an AM looking for a step up or an established SAM looking for your next move
You enjoy being client facing and get a buzz from making their ideas come to life
You are highly organised and love digital and print projects
Love to keep on learning and keep up to date with trends in your client's sectors
Not afraid to make project recommendations when all the team are getting around the table to discuss ideas
Excellent attention to detail and ensuring work is executed to brief
Adaptable when projects take a change in direction with a strong ability to prioritise the workload
Experience of writing project content would be valuable, but this is not essential!
