Are you an agency Account Manager or Senior Account Manager looking for your next opportunity at an established full service creative agency? If you have integrated experience and want to work across B2B and B2C print and digital projects, then this could be the perfect next move for you.  The role will include leading on client relationships and working on strategic marketing campaigns end-to-end. This agency is based in Birmingham however, they will be offering hybrid working policy with 2-3 days in the office per week. The salary for this role is competitive and dependent on level of experience.

The Role

As Senior Account Manager you will be responsible for managing project delivery and coordinating work through the strategic and creative teams, as well as working closely with freelancers. You will be the main client contact on your accounts, working with your clients to determine the project scope and briefing the agency team.

You will really get know your client's business to help execute the best possible outcome for their campaigns and will oversee and manage the project schedules and budgets. You will be super organised, manage resource timelines to meet the client's expectations, whilst juggling a number of projects at different stages.

About you

  • Have at least 2-3 years agency experience, working across creative projects. You could be an AM looking for a step up or an established SAM looking for your next move

  • You enjoy being client facing and get a buzz from making their ideas come to life

  • You are highly organised and love digital and print projects

  • Love to keep on learning and keep up to date with trends in your client's sectors

  • Not afraid to make project recommendations when all the team are getting around the table to discuss ideas 

  • Excellent attention to detail and ensuring work is executed to brief

  • Adaptable when projects take a change in direction with a strong ability to prioritise the workload 

  • Experience of writing project content would be valuable, but this is not essential!
