I have the pleasure of working with a creative marketing agency that works on B2B and B2C projects across a range of sectors including sales, finance, health, well-being and retail. If you would like a role where no day is the same and enjoy managing projects with lots of moving parts, then this could be the perfect move for you. The role will be based in Birmingham, however, the agency will be offering flexible working post the pandemic with a blend of working from home and office working. This is a permanent role and comes with a salary of £28k-30k DOE.
As Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing project delivery and coordinating work through the strategic and creative teams, as well as working closely with freelancers. You will be the main client contact on your accounts, working with your clients to determine the project scope and briefing the agency team.
You will really get to know your client's business to help execute the best possible outcome for their campaigns and will oversee and manage the project schedules and budgets. You will be super organised, manage resource timelines to meet the client's expectations, whilst juggling a number of projects at different stages.
Have agency experience, working across creative projects
Enjoy being client-facing and get a buzz from making their ideas come to life
Highly organised and love digital and print projects
Love to keep on learning and like to keep up to date with trends in your client's sectors
Great attention to detail and ensuring work is executed to brief
Adaptable when projects take a change in direction
Ambitious and want to climb to Senior Account Manager over a period of time
Experienced in writing content but this is not essential
