Are you an agency Account Manager / Senior Account Manager looking for a new challenge within a B2B marketing communications team close to Central Birmingham?

Our client is a very successful Marketing Communications and PR agency that specialises in BTB communications and they're looking for someone who loves being responsible for maintenance and growth of allocated accounts and developing, delivering and measuring integrated and impactful strategies. This a permanent role with a salary of £28-£32K DOE and the agency will be allowing for flexible working post the Pandemic.

The Role

On designated accounts, you will take ownership of client revenue targets, forecasts and act as client lead, whilst building exceptional relationships You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of creative campaigns which reflect objectives and meet or exceed client expectations.

You will oversee campaign delivery, coordinate agency teams and liaise with managing 3rd party suppliers, including freelancers, photographers and printers. You will fulfil all projects to meet tight deadlines, maintaining a high-quality standard of work. The successful candidate will monitor the progress of campaign performance to provide accurate results which demonstrate strategic value and success. Creation and delivery of monthly client status reports, including live projects and keeping up to date with future projects to support efficient agency planning, is essential.

In addition, you will be required to attend client meetings either alone or with other members of the account management team, to take briefs, present results and creative work. Supporting on new business pitches and presentations as well as having an input on ideas and taking part in new biz meetings would be necessary.

About You

You are a pro-active Account Manager who enjoys working on both print and digital campaigns whilst being organised, scheduling work with the agency teams and managing client budgets and schedules. You enjoy writing creative briefs, working closely with the team to deliver excellent creative projects.

You like keeping up to date with industry trends and want to work within a larger agency where you will have room to develop and progress.

You have worked at either a Marketing, Design, or Advertising agency and are now looking for your next long-term role.
