An opportunity has landed for an Account Director to join a highly creative Brand Experience agency based from their Amsterdam studio. The role will take the lead on a leading entertainment brand and sports brands, and support the growth of the agency. It comes with a salary of £50-£65k, depending on experience. We're looking for a talented Client Director who has exceptional relationship building skills, is a great networker and loves developing business opportunities. Beyond working with some of the coolest brands in the world, this agency often works on projects that are the first of their kind; so, if you are motivated with the desire to do amazing work, they will be a great fit for you. You will have experience within an integrated agency or client-side role and will particularly love the blend of retail, digital and experiential.
Our client is a well-established and award-winning design agency, specialising in consumer brand experiences. They work with mainly retail brands with audiences in their teens and 20s - with a big appetite for fashion, sport, gaming and music. They also work with luxury clients who are at the cutting edge of design and fashion. Their team is passionate about their work and is building a team of talented people who have an affinity and/or passion for fashion, lifestyle, entertainment, sport, gaming, music and culture. Whilst they have a central hub of 20 people in the Midlands, UK, they are expanding their Amsterdam studio of currently, two with ambitious plans.
They create brand experiences that connect with audiences in the digital and physical space and work with Designers and Filmmakers to realise their concepts.
This Client Director role, reports to the Senior Client Director based in the UK and is supported by a growing account management team. You will take the lead on a leading entertainment brand and a sports brand, and get to work on other business as the agency continues to grow. Your time will be spent working closely with your client to build and maintain a great relationship; lead all projects and champion excellence from others and support the growth of the agency through networking of your current relationships in your own network.
You'll get on mighty fine at this agency if you are:
Self-sufficient with the ability to manage a variety of project types/complex projects
Brilliant at getting in front of new clients (so new business development skills are key)
Excellent relationship building skills with new and existing clients
Great client development skills - demonstrating growth of accounts
Background in retail, experiential, digital experiences at retail, etc.
Pitch experience and success
An interest in sports brands/football
