I am looking for a Senior Project Manager with experience in Agile ways of working to join a specialist agency in Warwickshire. This role will see you leading a small project team, working closely with the client and internal team and ensuring the evolving Agile ways of working across delivery. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a salary circa £45k. With an office in Alcester, Warwickshire the ideal would be working onsite 2 days per week, however, if you are further afield and can get to the office a couple of times a month, we still want to hear from you.

The Role

Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master who places huge importance on relationships and strives to deliver a great ROI for their clients, providing best practices when it comes to Agile methodologies. You will be responsible for implementing an Agile methodology ensuring successful delivery of key digital projects, organising the team, ensuring KPIs are achieved and implementing best practice.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have the following experience:

  • Experience in facilitating Agile practices

  • Identifying and addressing any obstacles or issues that may hinder team progress

  • Coaching and mentoring; coaching the team on Agile principles, practices and methodologies

  • Encouraging collaboration and communication between the team and clients

  • Supporting the team as they scale Agile practices across multiple teams

  • A passion for client service and a desire to do the very best for your clients

  • An interest and experience in the digital space

This role is based just outside Stratford-Upon-Avon and will be 2 days a week in the office, but also open to someone who can only be on site 1-2 days per month.
