A highly rewarding opportunity for an experienced senior level B2B Account Manager to join a well-established business consultancy, that works at enterprise level to transform business through technology and customer experience solutions. The role can be remote, part remote, or in the office full time in Northamptonshire, and comes with an attractive salary. It is a full-time role, dedicated to leading on strategy and delivery, with a remit to build a team.
This mid-sized consultancy has been working with enterprise-level clients for two decades, to deliver smart technology and customer experience solutions for the purpose of simplifying complex processes, reducing waste, protecting income and creating new revenue streams. They house a team of Software Developers, marketing and product teams, a thriving call centre, and a growth team.

This role sits within the growth team, who dedicate their time to the growth of the consultancy. There is a new business function and two account teams, and they're looking for a senior level Account Manager to be responsible for the management and development of long-term relationships with clients, by ensuring collaborative relationships with key business executives and stakeholders.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will take the lead on one of their largest client accounts, plus a few smaller, but no less important, accounts. You will work with your clients to help them save money, create efficiencies, and enhance customer and internal experiences whilst leading and managing the growing account management team.
You will spend your time identifying opportunities, leading on strategy development, subsequent proposals and leading on delivery. Their solutions are wide-ranging; whatever the challenge, they can make it happen!
You will also take responsibility for revenue forecasting and management of the team, and it's financial objectives - a commercial guardian!
You will fit in brilliantly, and excel in this role if you have:
Previous experience leading and managing a team
Proven experience in a similar account management (B2B) role
Strong presentation skills
Experience winning new business and successfully growing existing business
And lastly, a technology and/or service delivery background
