Are you a Brand and Communications Officer OR Communications Officer OR PR Officer looking to join a brilliant Charity in Rugby on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract? I am delighted to be partnering exclusively with this team as they begin the search for someone who can manage and deliver a communications plan while being hands-on in managing internal and external brand projects. This is a full-time role with a salary of £34,000 - £38,500 DOE. Our Client

Our client is a well-known charity based in Rugby that works hard to offer an incredible range of services and support to their niche sector. They understand that there are moments in life when everyone could do with a helping hand and they offer support across mental health, finance, career, physical health and legal. They are a team of around 50 people with a lovely marketing team made up of content, digital, PR and brand. With lovely offices in Rugby, they are fully embracing hybrid working and so the team is onsite 2 days per week, or more if you want to. The Role

As Brand and Communications Officer, you will be responsible for managing and delivering a communications and brand plan. A focus for this role will be to help raise the profile of this charity and to embed the brand and engage the team while supporting on projects across brand, values and communications. 

About You  

  • Experience working in a communications and brand role

  • A brilliant writer who knows what kind of content performs well on each channel

  • Experience in developing key messaging and a true storyteller

  • Happy being onsite 2 days per week in Rugby

  • Experience in internal comms and if you have experience in supporting the delivery of company values this is a bonus

  • An interest and experience in both internal and external comms

  • An interest in influencer management

  • Happy working with different teams

  • Used to embedding tone of voice and engaging different audiences

  • Experience in writing content across case studies and testimonials

  • Experience in thought leadership
