We are looking for a passionate Brand Designer to work across a range of exciting Commercial Property clients and transform amazing city centre buildings with cutting-edge brand identities. This is a key role in the property arm of a thriving creative agency based in Alcester. You'll be office based 2 days in Alcester with the option of using the Birmingham city centre office too. The role is full-time and permanent with a salary of £35k-£45k depending on experience.

As Brand Designer, you will play a key role in the property arm of the agency taking the creative lead on branding, art direction (photo and video) and graphic design. Your core client base will be in the commercial property sector, and you create innovative brand concepts to transform a range of city centre structures to appeal to a thriving business community. This is a hands-on role, you will be responsible for rolling out the full suite of marketing collateral including brochures, signage and hoarding, and liaising with suppliers for production to ensure the highest quality is delivered. You will also be involved with designing websites, supported by the digital team.
You are a highly creative Graphic Designer who loves getting involved with creative projects from brief to completion. You have a strong flair for brand storytelling and can confidently rationalise your ideas when presenting to colleagues and clients. You have a big passion for branding and an experienced and adventurous nature for typography and copy setting which is reflected in your portfolio. You love a creative challenge and seeing the results of your work produced on a large scale. You consider yourself a team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues and also working autonomously on projects as required.
