Are you a New Business Executive OR a Business Development Executive looking for a role with a design and brand agency in Oxfordshire? This is a full-time permanent role with a salary of £18k - £20k (please get in touch if you are slightly outside of this). The role is hybrid with 1 day per week in their beautiful office. Due to its rural location, you will need to drive and have access to a vehicle.

The Role

As New Business Executive or Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for spotting opportunities in the industry, building relationships and nurturing relationships while undertaking lead generation activity. This role will see you working closely with the Growth Director with a focus on generating new enquiries for the agency, reaching out to arrange meetings and generally managing lead generation. 

About You

  • Self-motivated and motivated by targets allowing you to achieve what you want to achieve

  • A passion for the creative and design industry and interest in working with brands

  • Proven experience in developing and nurturing relationships and confident in talking to different people

  • A great communicator and able to talk via social media, phone and emails

  • Confident in picking up the phone is a must

  • Love keeping up with the industry and able to spot opportunities

  • Driven and wants to make a role your own

  • Highly organized and able to think commercially
