This regional agency, based in the heart of Norwich, is full of talented Creatives, Strategists and Client Services people, many of whom have worked in leading agencies in London, and they are now looking for a Creative Director to join them to lead, nurture and grow their busy creative team. Working on a wide range of clients who are both regional and national accounts across an integrated, campaign and branding bias. This creative agency is flexible in terms of the days onsite/remote. This is a permanent role and comes with a salary of up to £70k.
The Role
This creative agency is growing organically and is now looking for a Creative Director who can nurture and inspire their creative team as well as be hands-on creative day to day across their full client mix.
The agency is driven by creative and underpinned by sound strategy and delivery, making them one of the most outstanding agencies in the Norfolk region.
Their client mix is diverse; working on both national and local clients, being integrated and campaign-led and across varied channels with strong brand awareness. They work on the kinds of briefs that make Creatives sing!
They get very involved with their local community and believe in giving back locally and as such, have created a great internal environment that really has that elusive work/life balance.
About You
This organic growth has meant they really need a talented and creative individual. You may already be a Creative Director in the local area, or perhaps you have always fancied a move to the regions, but still want to work on great work. You may be a Lead Creative or Associate CD who is looking for that next step up in your career.
You will form part of the leadership team and help to bring on further creative talent to develop them even further with eyes on winning awards along the way.
This agency is all about collaboration, so along with their strategy, client services and new business team, you will be instrumental in shaping how the business develops going forward, so this is a great role if you want to take that next step in your career.

This is a fun and energetic team and whilst social beings, they also are keen that everyone has good home/life balances, so they don't do late nights (except on the very, very rare occasion; but hey, this is the creative world and there are sometimes deadlines that can't be missed!), and they are genuinely a lovely, down to earth team.
Whilst they are based in Norwich, they are flexible in terms of where this person is located (within reason) and they would ideally love someone to be onsite for 2-3 days per week but are open to starting times on those days to accommodate travelling.
