Are you a Creative Lead who has experience and knowledge of branding across creative, marketing and digital to lead and support a variety of cross discipline projects and campaigns? Working within an in-house 80 strong creative team, as Creative Lead, you will be part hands-on creating and part strategic, this would appeal to those creatives who have a strong creative vision, are proactive in their approach and can show passion in delivering fresh, creative and innovative solutions whilst holding your own in client/pitch meetings. You have the knowledge and creative experience across all disciplines, but especially within the branding, marketing, events and digital arena, this role can be based out of their Birmingham, Bristol or London office with a hybrid working model that is super flexible.

As Creative Lead, you will work closely with the Creative Director and Principal Designers to support and drive quality and creativity throughout the wider creative team. You will bring your ideas, passion and high creative standards of working; this consultancy is very open to new ways of thinking and they constantly challenge best practice and look at new ways of working and new technologies to embrace. You will have a lot of autonomy within this role to develop relationships with clients and work with the client to really understand what their needs are and offer the right creative solution that will exceed the client's expectations.
You have a service-led approach and can brief creatives within the wider team to deliver against the projects set as well as being hands-on where needed to be creative yourself within projects. You are empowered to challenge briefs and ways of thinking and they are open to new and innovative ways of working or delivering creative solutions to their clients.
You will mentor other designers within the wider team, so being able to mentor and motivate and engage others is key to this role.
You have an awareness of all mixed discipline projects and are able to jump in at any point to give creative guidance within the team. You have very strong communication skills, being able to communicate with new and existing clients to maintain an agency level of design and technical support.
You may have worked in-house or within a creative agency as a Senior Designer or Creative Lead and you consider yourself to have a strong creative vision which you can clearly communicate your ideas to others.
You have experience of branding, including the identity and naming of projects, whereby you can set up a project team and head up each project from naming and consultation to creating messaging, creating the brand for each project as bespoke projects, that involve elements of illustration and digital, depending upon the project. You can art direct and enjoy collaborating with different disciplines, pulling the team and project together.
You can pull pitch documents together, whether it be a bid for a million pound company which is a joint venture with other offices, or smaller projects which have a faster turnaround time, you can work on a number of projects at any one time, within an agency model.

You have strong knowledge of the Adobe creative suite and possibly other digital technologies with a portfolio of work that demonstrates your capabilities.
