We are looking for a strategic and conceptual Senior Graphic Designer with a passion for branding and corporate communications, to join a successful creative agency as Creative Lead. This is a key role in the creative team requiring a high level of expertise to deliver and encourage stunning multimedia concepts across traditional media and digital platforms. This is a full-time, permanent role based in central Birmingham with hybrid working. The salary is £35k-£42k, depending on experience.

The Role

As Creative Lead, you will report to the Creative and Brand Development Director and work alongside three other Creative Leads, supported by a Junior Designer, and also collaborate with the Studio and Digital teams. You will create innovative concepts and strategic creative solutions for a range of FTSE 100 clients operating in B2B and B2C sectors. This will include crafting your conceptual work and visualisations into comprehensive designs across multiple brand touchpoints including corporate websites, on/offline annual reports, investor presentations, and from time to time, art directing video and photo shoots. You will take ownership of your work and ensure the high quality and expertise is consistent throughout the project. Working closely with Client Services Directors you will be the creative contact for your clients to provide a seamless and engaging process.

About You

You are an experienced Graphic Designer with 5+ years' industry experience and a portfolio showing strong conceptual ideas and beautiful graphic design across print and digital channels. Ideally, you have a background in corporate communications, branding & brand communications, or publishing. You are a confident self-starter, with the ability to plan and lead. You are truly passionate about graphic design, have meticulous attention to detail and a strong commercial eye, able to see the bigger picture. You can confidently communicate at all levels within a business and enjoy working directly with clients. You are highly skilled in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD or Figma,
