The Role
As Creative Lead, you will be responsible in the first instance for the development of a main client account and the agency at a time of exciting growth and with big plans for the near future.
This will be a client-centric role and will suit a highly creative, proactive ideas person who is buzzing with excitement at the possibility of telling brand stories to speak to a wide range of client customers.
The Creative Lead will need to be a highly experienced 3D Exhibition / Experiential designer who is also an excellent story lead Creative, creating amazing customer experiences, interpreting the needs of a client and translating that into exciting, experiential experiences, telling a brand story in a spatial environment.
As Creative Lead, you will both lead a small team and be a brilliant, hands-on Senior Designer, able to fire off ideas and showcase professionally your creative processes from initial concept to completion.
About You
You might be a Senior Designer looking to take a step up to Creative Lead, but most importantly if you have the right mindset in this growing business then the sky is the limit, you can come on board and make it what you want whilst helping to form the future of the company.
You will be a strong verbal communicator with great listening abilities to interpret a client brief and translate that back to a team. Being great at listening and great at storytelling will be the 2 most important things to succeed in this role with the ability to show our clients how you would take their customers on an exciting journey through the use of activations and 3D design in a spatial environment.
