This is certainly an agency to look out for! A start-up based in the Custard Factory in Birmingham, that is brimming with talent, ideas, and clients a plenty, and having been in business for a year and enjoyed good, organic growth, they are now wanting to add a Designer/Creative Artworker to their team.
The Role
As part of a small, but growing team, you will work alongside the Creative Director to take rough scamps or visuals, produce the design implementation and roll out through to final finished artwork across all campaigns.
You will have a good idea for design and layout and have good attention to detail to ensure that all work going out the door is finished to a very high standard.
As the team is growing, you will have the ability to grow with the team and therefore, the more multi-skilled you are in terms of working across branding, advertising, packaging, POS and digital, then your involvement and role will grow as they experience excellent growth.
About You
You will have at least 2 years of commercial experience in ideally an agency environment and a portfolio of work that showcases your design ability and your artwork skills and flair. You are proactive and enjoy learning new skills and have the ability to work on a wide range of work from brochures to branding, packaging to a social media post – each day will be different!
