A brilliant agency in Nottingham has just started the search for a motivated and passionate Digital Account Director OR (Senior) Digital Marketing Manager to join their incredibly talented team at an exciting time of growth. If you are looking for an agency that does things a bit differently, putting you in control of your time, then this could be a great place for you. You will be client-facing, working with clients to understand what they need from their digital marketing and helping them develop digital marketing strategies. You will be able to manage accounts, but you will also be a hands-on digital marketer who brings strong hands-on campaign experience. You will be able to develop digital strategies but will be hands-on in either SEO or PPC (or both). You will be looking to join a leading agency and want to be taking things to the next level. With a broad roster of clients, no 2 days will ever be the same and you will be working across both B2B and B2C clients. This is a full-time permanent role with flexible working options, ideally 3 days onsite and 2 from home. The salary for this role is also flexible; getting the right person is the most important thing. Please apply if you are looking within the £35k - £45k level. The Role

As Digital Account Director or Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for heading up several accounts. You will be developing compelling digital marketing campaigns across all of the digital touchpoints, and you will have some hands-on experience in either PPC or SEO (or both). You will form part of the pitch team and will be the 'go-to' for digital expertise.

  • Proven experience in working within a senior digital role

  • A passion for working with clients and helping them develop their strategies

  • Proven experience in hands-on digital marketing and the expertise to help take clients to the next level, especially in PPC or SEO
