Are you a Digital Account Strategist or a Digital Marketing Manager with strong client-facing and project management experience? I am working with a growing marketing agency based in Staffordshire that is looking for someone to join the team. You will be working within an agency and be managing a portfolio of clients. You will be strategic and advising your clients on their digital marketing activities with a focus on growth. You will also be hands-on in creating strategies, content plans and preparing content with a knowledge and understanding of PPC and SEO. You will be skilled in looking at existing client portfolios and identifying new revenue streams. You will have a creative mind and enjoy getting stuck in with a small and growing team. If you have experience in HubSpot, Sales Force, or Click Dimension this is a bonus! This role is based in a beautiful barn conversion (plenty of parking onsite of course). This will be a full-time permanent role and will be a mix of office and home working, with 50% being in the office each week. This role is based in Staffordshire and is easily commutable across Stafford, Birmingham, Telford, Cannock, Uttoxeter, Stoke to name a few.

The Role

As Digital Account Strategist / Inbound Account Strategist, you will be managing their biggest client along with a handful of other client accounts, being client-facing, developing strategies and managing the implementations. You will be brilliant at project managing, but also enjoy being hands-on. You will LOVE content and be hands-on in developing content plans while overseeing the delivery of PPC and SEO campaigns.

About You

  • You will be passionate about inbound marketing and love all things digital

  • You will already be working in a role that is client-facing and enjoy understanding your client needs, developing strategies and then also being hands-on

  • You will have experience in inbound marketing and be able to demonstrate this

  • You will love content and enjoy developing content and being hands-on in content creation

  • You will be analytical and enjoy reporting back on digital marketing to your clients and making recommendations to improve

  • You will be fun, a team player and enjoy getting stuck in

  • You will have experience in upselling to existing clients

  • Experience in HubSpot, Sales Force, or Click Dimension would be great!
