We are looking for a Digital Creative to design a range of cross-platform solutions across UK Retail and Global Travel Retail projects. The role is permanent and full-time, with 2 days expected onsite at the office in Northampton.

As Digital Creative, you will be part of the newly formed digital team that sits within the wider creative team, giving you the opportunity to nurture your ideas to enhance the digital element of the customer journey. You will interpret and challenge briefs and help evaluate requirements with Creative Directors and Account Handlers, with a strong focus on user experience and a holistic view of the customer journey. You will be a key driving force of digital execution and will be responsible for creating compelling wireframes, storyboards and animated presentations, often working with existing brand and campaign assets to create responses to briefs that are mostly wireframe orientated, with current and relevant tools and practices. You will enjoy collaborating with Designers and Developers to find smart solutions to complex design problems across promotional microsites, websites, apps, digital campaigns, emails, with the chance to develop your skills in motion graphics and AR/VR.
You have a big passion for digital and love coming up with innovative ideas to create engaging digital experiences. Ideally, you will have a minimum of 5 years' experience working in a collaborative way in an agency style environment, working across various brands and digital solutions. You have strong digital knowledge and experience to guide and advise Designers and Developers of varying levels and disciplines on the best practice for UI/UX, and user-centric workflows. You are confident designing for websites, apps, and emails and have some working knowledge, or desire to develop skills in, motion graphics and AR/VR. You are highly skilled at crafting visually compelling, brand-orientated designs, executed with a passion for typography, layout, clarity of comms, and a pixel-perfect attention to detail. You are Social Media savvy and love to keep up to date with design trends. Your core software skills are with Mac and Adobe CS, especially XD and PS, and have a good understanding of HTML and CSS.
