Are you a Digital Marketing Executive or Paid Media Executive who is on the lookout for an exciting new challenge? I am working with a growing e-commerce brand who are on the lookout for a performance marketer to join their team and take ownership of their Google search and shopping accounts. This is an amazing opportunity to join a small and friendly adult working environment where you can manage your own time, and there's lots of room for growth and development as the company continues to grow. You might come from an agency or in-house background with hands-on experience creating and implementing campaigns utilising a mix of digital channels. This is a flexible hybrid role with just 2 days a week in their offices in Daventry. The salary for this role is £30,000 - £32,000 doe and is a full-time permanent role.

The Role

You will be working closely with the CEO in shaping the paid media strategy and campaign performance. The main objective of this role is to optimise all paid media output for the group's ecommerce brands. You will have a real passion for digital, with the ability to make data driven decisions to effectively utilise the annual marketing budget.

  • This is a digital focussed role that would suit a candidate coming from either broad digital marketing or a PPC focussed role. Having experience across Google Ads and Google Shopping is essential, but there's lots of room for training and development, as well as the potential to introduce new paid media channels and grow your own team in the future.

  • You will enjoy working in a team, but also be happy managing your own time and output. If you are results-oriented with a positive and hardworking attitude to your work, this will go a long way.

About You

You will perform well if you are a logical thinker who is results-oriented and happy to take ownership of your own projects. Having the ability to use your own initiative and be proactive as well as utilising excellent time management goes without saying. Our client would love for you to be data-driven with experience beings hands-on in Paid campaign strategy, creation, implementation, optimisation to drive growth and ongoing performance.
