Are you a Digital Project Manager looking for a new challenge in the Brighton area? We are working with an innovative creative technology agency that is looking to add an experienced Digital Project Manager to their growing team. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a salary of £35K DOE. The role would also suit someone who is either a Project Manager or Account Manager who loves working on video and digital content projects and wants to grow their experience in these areas.

The Agency

My client is a creative technology agency, dedicated to creating powerful virtual experiences and content for brands in the healthcare sector. From strategy through to tactical delivery, they fuse bold creative ideas by using technology to push the boundaries of what's possible.

This role will focus on content creation including videos and animation to tell their client's story through the online portals they create, as well as digital content for their clients to use across their teams. Their digital platform powers events, webinars, hybrid meetings and hosts engaging content for healthcare professionals across the world. They really care about their team and agency culture, and all work together in a very collaborative way, so this role will be hybrid with a few days in the office per week.

The Role

The Digital Project Manager will manage each project from briefing through to completion and work closely with the clients to really get a grasp for what they're looking for and support them throughout the delivery process.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to budget

  • Drive and support the day-to-day running of projects, ensuring with the team that the right resource is allocated to the projects to support with a seamless delivery

  • Develop clear specification project documents prior to development kick-off.

  • Align regularly with clients, internal account managers and the onsite delivery teams, you will plan and seamlessly execute projects while keeping everyone up to date with progress and remove blockages.

  • Manage resource across the team including creation and development statuses, specifications, detailed project plans, timesheets, and cost estimates

  • Highly organised with ability to work to strict deadlines

  • A perfectionist with a keen eye for detail and quality assurance

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Strong understanding of digital, film and animation

  • Determined and motivated with a positive attitude to problem-solving

  • Enjoy building strong relationships with clients, developing briefs and lead communication throughout delivery
