Are you an E-mail Specialist looking for a new opportunity with a truly people-focused business offering hybrid working, autonomy and flexibility? (2 days a week in their Milton Keynes office).

I am working with a creative people-focused organisation that is looking for an E-mail Specialist to join their digital team. This is a permanent opportunity offering a salary of c.£35,000 + bonus and excellent benefits.

The team you will join is a close team of 6 and part of a wider marketing and product team (including a Content Executive who is already in place to support this role), with a fab culture of their own.

The Role

In terms of the role, we are looking for an experienced and proactive E-mail marketer ideally with experience using HubSpot who can manage and develop a B2B2C email marketing programme including building emails, segmentation and automation, testing, deploying and analysis of campaigns year-round, in order to ultimately deliver customer engagement.

This is a new role within the team and offers this person the opportunity to really drive consumer email. To build and shape it around their vision with the support of a brilliant manager who encourages the team to be autonomous, innovative and self-driven.

Responsibilities will include: 

  • Ensure appropriate planning and management of each campaign, supporting timely, high-quality delivery and content

  • Define KPIs for each campaign and rigorously analyse the results, suggesting improvements and testing new ideas. Carrying out A/B multivariate testing

  • Regular reporting and analysis of all campaigns. Working on data segmentation and post-campaign analysis and communicating your findings to key stakeholders

  • Develop data-driven trigger-based communications and newsletter communications for the existing clients

  • Responsible for all email content/copywriting and for briefing the creative team on email requirements

About You

You will have previous experience within a similar E-mail role. You will be agile and dynamic in your approach and will bring your own ideas to the role. The line manager for this position is an advocate for autonomy and an excellent mentor. They would love to have someone who will push them to try new things and bring a fresh perspective to the team.

There is a busy and rewarding role within a mid/large organisation with plenty of scope for this role to grow.
