Using evidence-based research to provide insights on customer shopping trends, this Ecommerce Executive will support the development of ecommerce channels to contribute to the profit growth strategy for the business. Our client is on the lookout for an Ecommerce Executive / Manager to take responsibility for maximising online conversion through their ecommerce website and Amazon and eBay stores. Daily tasks include analysing and evaluating the digital performance and online sales across the ecommerce site and digital marketplaces, carrying out regular updates and improvements to the website including home page edits, product sets up and enhancements to the navigation and landing pages.
Digital marketing strategy will also be fundamental to the role and driving traffic to the ecommerce site. You will advise and collaborate with the digital marketing team on plans to achieve business goals of increasing traffic to the site and ROI, as well as providing support with paid search and social, email marketing, SEO, keyword research and digital analytics. You will be naturally data and results-driven, regularly reporting to stakeholders on the digital performance, providing insight and identifying areas for development. Being at the forefront of innovation you will have the freedom and gravitas to propose digital systems, technologies and software that could lead to improvements in conversation rates and overall sales.

Have gained demonstrable experience in a digital marketing or ecommerce role
Are a motivated, strategically-minded individual who has a keen passion for digital innovation and performance
Enjoy working as part of collaborative team, as well as having the ability to autonomously focus on daily tasks and initiatives
Have excellent communication, organisation, and multi-tasking skills
Have key experience in managing and maintaining an ecommerce website and marketing place channels, preferably eBay and Amazon
Are knowledgeable in digital marketing strategies such as PPC, paid social, consumer research, industry trends and UX
Have experience working with digital platforms such as Hotjar, Klavio, SearchSpring, Big Commerce, Section IO, Cyberduck or SEM Rush.
