Are you a Multimedia Designer who is used to working a blended role from graphic design to videography/editing and photography, and working across multi-channels from social to digital to print design? Working closely with their Lead Designer and being part of a team of Content Executives, Marketing and Campaign Managers, Brand Managers and Digital team, you will be creating concepts that work across both this company’s brand, but also their wider partner brands. They are based in Leamington Spa in Warwickshire and have a fantastic flexible working environment with some great benefits. This role can be part remote (min 3 days a week in the office). This is a full-time, permanent role, offering a salary of £24K-£30K, DOE.
Our client is a well-established company, based in state-of-the-art open-plan offices, in the county of Warwickshire. Having partnered with a leading retail brand, there is plenty of exciting work to do, across multiple channels. They are busier than ever, and they have grown organically over lockdown and are now looking to add to their existing creative team with a Graphic Designer who will work closely with the Lead Designer and Marketing, Digital and Brand teams.
Our client is looking for a confident, all-round Multimedia Designer / Graphic Designer to work on two major brands. You’ll design content across a wide range of media (email/video/social) as well as setting up shoots and photographing products or taking short videos where you can edit the content for social media. You will also work closely with the Marketing, Brand, Digital Marketing and Content teams to deliver the creative projects, which are a mix of educational and inspirational as well as marketing/promotional.
The role is diverse and using the Adobe CS Suite, you will create and design assets and creative assets for website, social media, email and print campaigns. You will also design concepts to support marketing campaigns and regular site improvements, adhering to brand guidelines, ensuring correct implementation of their Style Guide at all times. You will also be involved with creating videos, gifs and setting up small photoshoots/styling and being involved in the photography.
You may not be a pro at editing or perhaps only have some photography experience but they are keen that you have some ability in this, but they are open on the amount of experience you come with, and also keen to have a Designer who is eager to continue learning more and developing a broad design and multimedia skillset.
You are a Graphic Designer, who has experience in either an agency or in-house creative team, with a portfolio that shows your work across both digital and print where it showcases your creative thinking and strong design skills.
You may have some experience/interest in photography/video, whereby you can edit photos and create content with PhotoShop and have good working knowledge of the Adobe CS suite.
You consider yourself detail conscious, with a love of great layout.
You are a good creative thinker and a problem solver.
You enjoy collaborating and presenting your work and have good communication skills
