Our client is offering the opportunity to join the senior management team and contribute to the agency's evolution as a consultative creative partner. You will be driving digital optimisation across the agency, helping shape their service offering and establishing them as a digital exemplar. You will be helping develop and drive transformation and monetisation of performance marketing services to create new revenue streams. You will love all things digital and will help harness a digital culture. This is a permanent role with the opportunity to work from home, you would need to commute to the Birmingham office at least 1 day a week. Salary is c.£70k-£75k with potential to flex and DOE. Previous agency experience, either digital or integrated is a must! The role is based in Birmingham and is commutable via Warwick, Leamington Spa, Coventry, Solihull, Stratford-upon-Avon, and Stafford, to name a few. Flexible working option with 1 day a week in the office.

You will be a digital expert and have led a digital transformation in a previous role; you will have agency experience and understand how they work. You enjoy leading a small team and helping them become more digital. You will have strong experience in performance marketing and help this agency position itself as an expert in digital. You have experience in driving digital optimisation across an agency and are confident in shaping a service offering.
Experience in creating a digital vision and leading and shaping its delivery to enhance its digital reputation
Experience in embedding digital insights and best practice into all programmes and strategies
Have harnessed a digital culture across the team, helping lead digitalisation in areas such as PR, content, search and social media
Have experience in owning their digital service offering
Confident in reviewing digital processes
Previously developed and driven transformation and monetisation of performance marketing services to create new revenue streams
