Are you a Marketing Manager or Head of Marketing with a passion for architectural design and interiors? We are currently working with a specialist organisation, based in the West Midlands, with multiple brands in the architectural hardware and interiors space, who are looking for a Marketing Manager/Head of Marketing to lead and drive their in-house marketing function and to increase their B2C market share across their brands.
This is a really exciting opportunity for someone from a firm marketing background who is looking for complete autonomy in their role to really drive marketing for a medium-sized business and to grow a team relatively quickly.
This position offers a base salary of c£50,000 - £55,000 DOE and will initially be based in the office in Warwickshire for the first month or so whilst getting to know the businesses, then moving to a hybrid working structure.
This role will be responsible for managing all areas of marketing within the companies and will include:
Developing a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports the growth of multiple brands in order to grow activity via ecommerce channels.
Start to scope and build an internal marketing team as needed in line with company and marketing objectives
Develop a cohesive social media strategy for multiple brands and oversee outreach to affinity partners and industry influencers
Work closely with the Web Developer to ensure the product portfolio is presented to the customer in the best possible way, ensuring a good customer experience and strong conversion rate across B2C sites.
Manage paid campaigns and strategy via a third party agency.
Look to improve the company's ecommerce trading strategy in order to grow sales through the company website and associated channels.
Drive customer experience improvements through analysis of key metrics and data
Help to build and implement an email marketing strategy for both new and existing customers
Work closely with the warehouse and distribution teams to ensure product packaging delivers a great unboxing experience for the customer.
You must bring a solid marketing background with strong digital and ecommerce experience.
