Our client is a well-established integrated creative agency in South Oxfordshire. Their comfortable and spacious office has on-site parking and there is easy access from Oxford, Aylesbury, Reading, High Wycombe, and Wantage. Due to their rural location, it is ideal if you can drive with your own means of transport. They provide creative solutions for a range of B2C and B2B clients and deliver high-quality work across design, marketing, digital, social and film and animation. The Role
As Junior Graphic Designer you will report to the Creative Director, and work in a busy studio alongside Senior and Middleweight Graphic Designers, and a Production Manager. You will use your design skills to work on a range of projects including brochures, campaign assets, web, social, exhibition graphics, and media. You will often support the seniors on bigger projects and work on your own smaller projects. You will have the chance to spread your wings and truly develop your design skills. There is a big scope of work, therefore, your flexible approach will ensure you're happy to work on any brief that comes your way.
About You
You are passionate about graphic design and are very keen to develop your skills in a busy agency. You'd love to be around more experienced Graphic Designers who you can learn from. You have a good understanding of artwork and have experience setting up print-ready files. You are confident discussing a brief and sharing ideas. You consider yourself a good organiser and find it easy to juggle multiple projects. You are skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and have excellent attention to detail.
