Are you a Marketing Project Manager OR Marketing and Communications Manager looking to join a leading consumer retail brand in Leamington Spa? I am delighted to be partnering with this online retail brand as they look for someone to work across exciting brand projects. This is a permanent full-time role with a salary of £38k-£40k DOE. They are based in Leamington Spa and the role will be 3 days onsite and 2 from home. The company is commutable across Warwick, Leamington, Coventry, Birmingham, Solihull, Stratford-Upon-Avon to name a few.

This role will sit within the Brand team and work collaboratively across the wider marketing and digital team who are not only extremely talented but also absolutely love what they do. The Role

As Marketing and Communications Manager, you will be part of the brand team and will manage and own the campaign calendar and be responsible for ensuring all brand campaigns are delivered on time. You will also be responsible for implementing marketing partnership activity and will work to increase brand visibility and awareness. You will be overseeing all customer testimonials and brand ambassadors and work across the team to create content and story-telling opportunities. First and foremost, you will have brilliant project management experience and will be able to take ownership of marketing campaigns and manage them end-to-end.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have the following experience:

  • A passion for marketing and brand and brilliant experience in project management

  • Experience in increasing a brands visibility and awareness through campaign planning and campaign delivery

  • Experience working with partners and managing partnership activity

  • Experience in, or a passion for the retail sector and a desire to work for a brand

  • Brilliant project management experience

  • Experience in supporting on photography and video shoots and have a creative eye

  • Experience in being a brand guardian and ensuring brand guidelines are followed

  • Experience in campaign development and content creation leading the end-to-end delivery

  • Strong proofreading experience

  • Wide knowledge of digital and traditional marketing methods including email marketing, content, PR, social media and advertising
