Are you a Marketing Executive or Campaign Manager looking for a new opportunity that offers hybrid working?
We are currently working with a specialist organisation, based in the West Midlands but operating globally within the military and defence sector, who are proud to have forged a world-renowned reputation whilst maintaining a truly collaborative and transparent culture internally. This position offers a base salary of up to £35,000 DOE + a very generous bonus and excellent benefits. There is also the opportunity for flexible/hybrid working with this role.
Over the last 4 years the business has increased x5 and now operates in over 25 locations globally. Due to this growth, they're looking to expand their head office team. This is a new and exciting permanent role that will form part of the newly created internal marketing department.
Please note: This role is based in the UK but candidates do need to be willing to travel on occasion as the business works extensively within the EU.
This role will primarily focus on delivering a range of engaging and informative campaigns, both paid and organic across a variety of online and offline platforms. Ensuring the right message, targets the right people, at the right time and delivers a positive ROI.
Key responsibilities will include:
Ownership of all campaign activity. From start to finish you'll be accountable for implementation, performance and reporting on all advertising campaigns including paid advertising across multiple locations (AdWords), social (both paid and organic), re-marketing, print and radio
Organic Social: Working with the Content Officer, contribute towards an annual calendar of engaging social media content, with the aim of boosting awareness and assisting with targets
Campaign Planning: Work with the Marketing Manager to create campaign plans/calendar with the aim of delivering a positive ROI
Reporting/Analysis: Create monthly campaign reports that demonstrate campaign performance, identify areas for improvement and suggest new tactics/mediums/areas for growth.
Create optimised campaign landing pages to support/paid organic campaign activity
Research: Alongside the Marketing Manager and Content Officer, undertake market research/insight to help the business better understand where their target market is, what makes them 'tick' and uncover future growth areas.
It is essential that candidates have previous campaign management experience, especially around paid digital platforms/AdWords. This could come either from a dedicated campaign role or wider marketing role with a strong focus on campaign management. We are happy to consider candidates from both a client side and agency background.

An understanding of either the military/defence sector or the recruitment sector would be beneficial but is by no means essential.
