Are you a motivated and autonomous Marketing Manager, looking for an opportunity to grow and manage the marketing function for a rapidly expanding business based in London? I am currently working with a unique organisation with an entrepreneurial and empowering culture that is proud to deviate from the norm, create new stories, and pave its own way in its market.
Working closely with the leadership and wider team, you'll take the lead on all elements of marketing, both strategic and implementation, for this niche and successful B2B company. As specialists in their field, you'll build and implement a marketing strategy that enables the business to elevate their presence further, both here in the UK and internationally, keeping them in touch with existing clients as well as helping them reach new ones!
This is a permanent role to start ASAP with a salary of c£35,000 - £50,000 DOE. The business encourages agile working and is continuing to work from home until at least April with a flexible arrangement thereafter.
To develop and implement an overall marketing strategy, utilising a range of online and offline channels that aligns with business goals and growth plans.
Key responsibilities will include:
Working closely with Sales to identify marketing support needs and build out an annual plan
Implement and execute demand generation strategies across multiple channels to drive marketing qualified leads
Create and manage a content calendar to include social, website, video, eBooks/white papers, case studies, infographics and value add content for clients
Work with the Sales team to create and implement individual content calendars that will help to position them, and the business as thought leaders in their market
Manage all social media channels and traffic analytics
Responsibility for managing the marketing budget; liaising with the leadership team on spend and making recommendations on budget allocation
Creation/management of any marketing materials, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
Website management; updating company websites and reporting on web-related activity (traffic etc) via Google Analytics
Search marketing; basic PPC and SEO (with support of external suppliers where needed) to help raise the online profile
Email marketing; create, send and report on email campaigns for lead generation
Direct marketing; co-ordinating the production and distribution of any hard copy marketing collateral
PR; work with PR agencies and trade press to develop and implement PR strategies
Planning and managing a range of innovative conferences and events in order to increase brand and business awareness - both within the UK and overseas
This is a standalone role currently, however, the business is growing exponentially and therefore offers the opportunity to grow a small team within the foreseeable future.
Candidates will ideally come from a tech or start-up background and will have proven experience in planning and executing lead and demand gen tactics including inbound marketing, social media, content marketing, PPC, SEO, and email marketing.
Experience collaborating with Sales to coordinate, communicate, and deliver campaigns is also key.
