Are you a Marketing Manager with both international and recruitment experience? I am currently working with a specialist organisation, based in the West Midlands but operating globally, that is proud to have forged a world-renowned reputation whilst maintaining a truly collaborative and transparent culture internally. This position offers a base salary of Up to £45,000 DOE + a very generous bonus and benefits. There is also the opportunity for flexible working with this role.
Working closely with the leadership and wider team, you'll take the lead on all elements of marketing, both strategic and implementation, alongside external partners, for this niche and successful B2B company.
As specialists in their field, you'll build and implement a marketing strategy that enables the business to elevate its presence in localised international markets and drive candidate attraction.
To develop and implement an overall marketing strategy to target and drive international candidate attraction, utilising a range of online and offline channels that aligns with business goals and growth plans.
Key responsibilities will include:
Work closely with the leadership team to create and implement a marketing and brand strategy that will build on the company's presence in existing markets and identify relevant new geographical markets for candidate attraction and business growth
Implement a creative and robust attraction strategy across a range of international locations, taking into consideration cultural differences, tone of voice and best approach
Appoint and project manage 3rd party international suppliers to help deliver marketing activity
Regularly review attraction strategy to understand ROI and inform future planning
Responsibility for managing the marketing budget; liaising with the leadership team on spend and making recommendations on budget allocation
Market analysis and reporting; continuous analysis including research for market analysis and tracking marketing activity and campaign success.
Work closely with the sales team to identify marketing support needs and build out an annual plan
Create and manage a content calendar to include social, website, video, case studies, infographics and value add content
Manage all social media channels and traffic analytics
Creation/management of any marketing materials, from assisting with client presentations to website banners, hard copy brochures and case studies
Website management; updating company websites and reporting on web-related activity (traffic etc) via Google Analytics
Search marketing: basic PPC and SEO (with support of external suppliers if needed) to help raise the online profile
Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
It is essential that you have both international experience and recruitment experience, whether that be in-house, within the recruitment sector itself, or potentially in the form of student recruitment. These two elements can come from separate roles, but both are essential so regretfully we won't be able to consider applications without this experience.
