I am looking for a Mid-weight Creative with strong conceptual flair and graphic design skills. You will have a good understanding of EDAs (Electronic Detail Aids/Sales Aids) and their purpose within the healthcare sector. This is a full-time, permanent role with a competitive salary, based near Oxford. Ideally, you will be educated to degree level and have a minimum of 3 years’ creative industry experience with a good amount of digital design in your portfolio. This role offers great variety across art direction, concepts and design; you will be able to grow creatively in your role and continue to develop your skills.

The Company

Our client is a successful creative communications agency delivering brand solutions, strategic direction, creative ideas and design for B2B clients in global healthcare markets. They have a spacious modern office in North Oxfordshire with free parking. They are now working on a part-remote basis, therefore, you must live within a commutable distance to the office to work on-site at least 1-2 days per week in addition to ad-hoc days for meetings.

The Role

As Mid-weight Creative, you will report to the Creative Director and work alongside Copywriters, Designers, Digital Developers and the Client Services team, who have specialist market experience to support you on your projects. You will come up with concepts for a range of EDAs (Electronic Detail Aids/Sales Aids) that will include video and campaign content. You will develop your concepts and designs across multiple channels, creating storyboards for animations, UI design for digital applications (Electronic Detail Aids/Sales Aids), printed literature, and various other collateral across print and digital. You will also have the opportunity to art direct on photo and video shoots, work on post-production (including retouching) and help commission illustrators where applicable.

About You

  • At least 3 years’ creative industry experience

  • A portfolio of concepts, digital design and graphic design
