This integrated agency with a rich heritage and a raft of impressive clients are looking to hire a middleweight creative team (which is an Art Director and Copywriter team) to join their busy creative team to work on a broad range of their clients where you will come up with creative ideas for campaigns across social, digital, TV, radio and the whole integrated mix. Working onsite 2-3 days per week in their beautiful offices, where you will be involved with creating concepts for clients that are across a wide spectrum from retail, fashion, automotive and charity sectors. The role is paying £30-40k each.
You are a creative team that are bursting with ideas and can work across any channel. You can both confidently present your ideas back to both the Creative Director and clients, being involved in managing campaigns from concept to final design.
As a talented Copywriter and Art Director, you put your energy into coming up with concepts that deliver to brief, but you also like to think outside the box and look at solving a problem and are passionate collaborators, keen to work with colleagues to do work that really challenges the clients' thinking.
You can both rationalise your thoughts and really love the advertising process, having ideally worked in an agency environment as a creative team and you now want to spread your wings and move that next step in your career, working in an award-winning integrated agency.
Perhaps you are junior creative team who are looking to take on more seniority and be given more client work, or perhaps you are not from the West Midlands, but living in London or up North or the South West and fancy making the move to further your career and re-locate to join a great agency.
