The role of Online Marketing Manager / Assistant Online Marketing Manager is to work closely with the Marketing Manager to further develop their digital and e-commerce strategies and be hands-on in the implementation of these strategies across all things digital. This role is pivotal to the business and will involve developing fresh and new ideas.
To be successful in this role you will have experience in the following criteria. Please note that the below are essential requirements for the role.
Experience in developing and feeding into e-commerce and digital marketing strategy; improving existing selling platforms including Amazon and eBay whilst also looking at other marketplaces and helping to develop these
Proven experience in generating ideas to drive traffic to the website directly
Experience in creating website content and ensuring this is always on brand and optimised
Planning and implementing, with the help of your team, digital marketing campaigns including web, social, email and display adverts
Working closely with the social media team, feeding ideas, and ensuring campaign success
Experience in email marketing directed at existing customers to encourage brand loyalty and new potential customers
Experience in budget management and optimising spend
Providing regular reporting on digital marketing and making recommendations for improvement
You will be passionate about all things digital and looking for a role where you can hit the ground running, with retail experience
You will have experience in managing a small team, or be passionate about starting to manage a team
