BTB have partnered with one of their brilliant clients Neo PR as they search for a senior to join their team and help drive the agency forwards and being a part of their growth journey. You will have been working within an agency and have progressed to PR Account Director level, but you may be keen to be in a role that is no longer client-facing, but instead working in a commercial role where you are overseeing the accounts team, managing recruitment and ensuring that the agency are balancing resources against workload. You will have a pr background and truly understand the world of PR, the challenges and want to be part of an established but growing agency. You will be able to spot opportunities and love coming up with creative ideas. You may be looking to step up into a Managing Director role in the future and be looking to grow your skills, or you be happy staying at Head of Client Services/Operations Director level. Neo are all about their people and so culture fit is incredibly important to them. You will come from a PR agency background, have experience in B2B sectors and you will be passionate about tech. This role can be full-time OR part-time and will be just one day a week in their beautiful office (although more if you want to). Salary is DOE.

As Operations Director OR Head of Client Services you will be overseeing and managing the accounts teams, leading the agency, managing recruitment and you will be commercially aware, ensuring that resources are balanced about workload. This is not a client-facing, hands on PR role, but you will need to understand the PR industry to know the challenges and spot opportunities. You will absolutely love PR and have a passion for the tech space! Ideally you will be coming from a B2B background, or at least worked on a few B2B clients previously having worked your way up to PR Account Director level within an agency. If you have consumer experience but can tell me why you love B2B tech then our client will also be interested in hearing about you.
You will have some experience in managing or mentoring more junior members of the team, offering guidance and nurturing them in their career
You will be commercially aware and enjoy looking at how teams are resourced, coming up with innovative ideas
You will love people and will enjoy being involved in recruitment, identifying people who will fit the team well
You will be able to spot opportunities in the market, keeping up with competitors and doing things better
You will be strategic and will work with the Director to keep driving the agency forwards
Experienced in managing delivery of workload and managing the teams who will deliver
An eye for detail and able to spot holes in the delivery, ensuring that processes and quality are constantly improving
Take ownership over results and comfortable with responsibility
You will adapt easily to different situations
You will have worked your way up to PR Account Director level
