Are you a PPC Manager or Paid Search Manager looking for a new role in Birmingham? I am working with an awesome consumer healthcare brand, who is looking for someone passionate to join their growing marketing team. If you are looking to join a flexible and growing in-house team, then this could be the role for you. You will be working in a similar role where you are developing and implementing PPC campaigns, you may be strategic, helping develop strategies but you will love being hands-on. You will be data-led and enjoy looking at analytics and making recommendations. There is huge scope within this role to progress to a Head of Performance if you wish. The role is a mix of office and home working with just1 day a week in their lovely Birmingham office. The salary for this role is between £30k and £35k DOE and it is a full-time and permanent role. The role is commutable across Birmingham, Warwickshire and Staffordshire to name a few

The Role

As PPC Manager or Paid Search Manager, you will be feeding into the PPC strategies and then be responsible for the hands-on delivery across key sites. You may have some experience in paid social media (if not, no problem!). You will be analytical, using your insights to continue to improve and develop the paid search strategies.

About You

  • Experience working with some good-sized budgets OR complex accounts

  • Experience in managing PPC campaigns

  • Keyword research

  • Data focused and enjoy reporting on PPC campaigns, making recommendations

  • Some social media experience (if you don’t have this, but have an interest that is great)

  • Love working as part of a team, but also able to manage own workload

  • Motivated in a hybrid working environment

  • Proven experience in reporting on PPC campaigns

  • Experience in managing search budgets to deliver across conversion, traffic and ROI

  • Experience in reporting back on ROI to either clients OR seniors in the team

  • Some experience in budget allocation

This role would suit a Senior PPC Executive OR a PPC Manager, looking to work within a consumer healthcare brand. They will also consider junior Digital Marketing Executives who would like to train to become a Paid Search Specialist, so if that sounds like you, then please get in touch. You will enjoy working in-house but may be coming from an agency background. You will need to be based 1 day a week in the office and the company is accessible by public transport.
