re you a Marketing Manager with a passion for interiors and looking for a part-time role (3 days per week)?
We are currently working with a high-quality, luxury brand based near Evesham, Worcestershire which markets a truly stunning (and 100% sustainable) product range to their UK and international clients.
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to work 3 days a week (ideally with experience in the architecture/interiors/construction space or similar, although this isn't essential), who can help elevate this brand within its target market, making a real impact on brand recognition and solidifying their position as a high-end player within the space.
The salary on offer is £35,000 pa pro-rata. This is a flexible role offering hybrid/remote working. I.e., It would be great if you are based within a fairly commutable distance but there isn't the requirement to go into the office on set days or each week.
This is a 360 standalone marketing role, so you'll have complete autonomy to drive marketing for the business across all channels, working with a truly stunning product range both in the UK and internationally.
Responsibilities will include:
Develop an integrated marketing strategy across a range of online and offline channels
Develop and deliver a content calendar to drive engagement and increase awareness including; website content, social media, email, PR, case studies, insight pieces, blog posts, sustainability content
Develop a cohesive social media strategy
Ensure brand consistency and tone of voice across all channels
Coordinate website updates and support on engagement & SEO
Plan and coordinate photo/video shoots
Tell stories and create case studies with a customer centric approach
Create brand aligned documents and visual media
Build key internal and external stakeholder relationships to deliver/nurture campaigns and relevant messaging
Implement campaigns/workflows in HubSpot
Research and analyse market trends, demographics and competitors
Identify key events to exhibit at and manage all associated logistics for events
Help to improve the customer journey across both offline and online channels, developing customer personas and profiles for effective messaging
This is a varied role so we're not expecting candidates to have experience in everything. You will need to have excellent writing, proofing and editing skills and a strong overall understanding of the digital marketing landscape is important.
