This role is based in Alcester and operates on a hybrid working pattern of 2 days onsite, 3 days working from home. The agency is commutable from Stratford-upon-Avon, Redditch, Evesham, Welford-on-Avon, Bidford-on-Avon, Pershore, Wellesbourne, Droitwich Spa and nearby towns.
Due to growth, my client is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager in order to develop and implement effective paid media advertising campaigns for search and social media platforms, such as Google, Bing and Meta, as well as to optimise and track the performance of these campaigns, utilising analytics platforms. You will be a strategist and have a keen eye for stats, with experience managing large advertising budgets which is particularly important as some accounts have six figure spends. You will have one direct report, a Paid Media Executive, supporting them day to day.
To be successful in this role you will have the following experience:
Possess a strong skillset and in-depth knowledge of paid media activities/strategies across search and social such as Google, Bing and Meta.
Experienced using analytics platforms (i.e. Google Analytics).
Experienced managing large budgets for advertising campaigns.
Confident communication skills, written and verbal, able to liaise with stakeholders with ease.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, able to juggle a number of projects at one time.
Ideally, come with agency experience.
