Are you a Product Manager from either a Software or Financial Services background, driven and passionate about product management excellence, looking for your next opportunity? I am working with an already very well-established, creative and people-focused organisation that is looking for a Product Manager with prior experience in either of these sectors to join their team.
This is a permanent role with a salary of up to c£50,000 + bonus and a whole host of benefits. The company is based in Warwickshire, however, they are a tech-savvy business and offer truly flexible working. The successful candidate will only have to travel in for the occasional team and quarterly meetings so you could be based much further afield.

As a Product Manager, you will lead one of the cross-functional development teams, responsible for your product area, delivering impactful change in line with the overall product vision and strategy.
Know your customers' pain points and identify opportunities to improve their experience
Derive key insights and patterns from customer interviews and data and use them to provide insightful recommendations for continuous improvement
Collaborate with Design and Engineering to ensure we build the 'right thing'
Break problems down into smaller MVC's, through utilisation of techniques such as Story Mapping
Manage and prioritise the product backlog to ultimately help deliver the overall product vision
Build rapport with stakeholders to align around priorities
Shape the product strategy and roadmap for the product/s within your boundary
Understand and evangelise the value proposition and the needs of target customers
Keep up to date with modern product management best practice
You will have proven experience of working as a Product Manager or a similar role in software development or Financial Services as well as experience within an agile development environment (e.g., Scrum/Kanban). Experience managing API product builds would be highly beneficial but isn't essential.
