Are you a Product Manager looking for a new opportunity? Do you have experience within the power tool market or similar?

If so, we have an opportunity for a Product Manager to join a leading (and one of the largest) wholesalers in the UK. They are based in Warwickshire and easily commutable from various locations. This is a hybrid role offering a base salary of up to £35,000 + car + bonus.

The Role

As a Product Manager you will be working closely with the Category Management team to support in developing an industry-leading procurement function and marketing related tasks, to include:

  • Work in conjunction with the Category Manager to develop and implement a category plan for specified product sectors

  • Manage develop and maintain the supplier product profile, taking into account market requirements and regional variations

  • Analyse and monitor product purchases, profitability and supplier performance

  • Provide monthly benchmarking against market and company trends

  • In conjunction with the Category Manager and marketing teams, propose and implement marketing initiatives

  • Participate in any supplier related initiatives

  • Identify and propose new product opportunities

  • Liaise with the product data team and suppliers to ensure accurate product data

About You

You will have proven experience of working already within a Product Manager role. Someone joining with knowledge and experience of the power tool market would be ideal. Electrical product and market knowledge are also beneficial but neither is essential.

Most importantly you will be an excellent communicator and genuine team player.

This role is based in Warwickshire and commutable from Northamptonshire, Leicestershire, Birmingham, Worcestershire and surrounding.
