The Role
The responsibility of this Project Manager maternity contract role is leading on client projects, representing the agency with the highest standards in organisation, client liaison and management, team briefing and seamless delivery.
With a focus on annual and sustainability reports, you will write and scope projects in partnership with the client, brief internal teams, quality and copy check work across strategic proposals and creative collateral, and deliver projects on time, in budget and aligned to the original brief; following processes and managing expectations throughout. Whilst initially the responsibility will be to work on the corporate communications, this role has the opportunity to lead to permanent for someone who shows passion and experience in sustainability, with an aim to lead on this within the agency once the maternity contract ends, with training and development support.
About You
You will be successful in this Project Management position if you:·
Have 4+ years' experience in an agency AccountManager / Project Manager role
Have key knowledge of managing and delivery annual reports and sustainability reports, with strong print knowledge
Have experience and a passion for sustainability, with an aim to specialise in this area (ideal, but not essential)
Are naturally organised with the confidence and competence to juggle multiple projects
Are a strong project leader who ensures everyone on the team understands exactly what their role is and what is required of them
Have the gravitas and assurance to win over even the most challenging colleagues and clients
