Our client is a well-established marketing and communications agency based in Leamington Spa. They are currently looking to add a Senior Account Manager to their team with the opportunity to grow in the future and become an Account Director. The role will be based in their office with an allowance to work from home around 1-2 days per week, depending on the needs of their projects. The role comes with a salary of £30 - £35k and a good benefits package.

The role will be managing client relationships and project delivery with support and direction from the Senior Account Manager and Account Director. The projects will mainly be digital (web/social/email marketing campaigns) but there will occasionally be some print requirements too and the opportunity to work on other projects/accounts in the future.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent service to your client base

  • Managing and growing client relationships with the support of the Senior Account Management team

  • Execution of projects including both print and digital

  • Project management from end-to-end, ensuring all projects meet and exceed client expectations

  • Managing Account Executives and overseeing their projects

  • Supporting with creative and strategic planning, including the development of ideas

  • Manage project budgets and invoicing

  • Supporting with creative and planning, development of ideas and solution to client's challenges

  • Schedule the projects with internal teams and external suppliers when required

Skills required:

  • You will have excellent communication skills with good attention to detail

  • 2-3 years agency experience having worked across both small and large accounts

  • You are a strategic and creative thinker who is not afraid to share ideas

  • Ability to understand different target audiences

  • Excellent organisation skills managing project timelines and team schedules

  • The ability to understand complex B2B channels and industries
