I am looking for a Senior Art Director with an agency background in multi-channel campaigns. This is an opportunity to play a key role in an independent creative agency working on a range of campaigns and art direction. The role is full-time, permanent and part-remote with 3 days on-site in Birmingham and 2 days working from home. The salary is £60k, depending on experience.

The Role

As Senior Art Director, you will work closely with the Creative Directors on campaign ideas, developing the ideas to visual stage and art directing through multiple channels including OOH, print, social, video, motion, and digital. You will art direct photoshoots and offer design direction to Designers, as well as being hands-on with the design craft yourself where possible. You will call upon talented freelancers to support you in any specialist design requirements for the delivery of the campaigns.

About You

You are an experienced Senior Creative or Art Director at the top of your game, with impressive experience having spent the majority of your career in creative or advertising agencies. Your portfolio will showcase a broad range of campaign art direction and demonstrate your understanding of digital and social executions, as well as the big idea flowing through to traditional forms. You will be proficient in all the usual software and confident in presenting your work to clients and have an incredible eye for detail, being able to spot a typo, colour imbalance, or default font from 20 paces.
