The UK base in Milton Keynes has modern offices with plenty of parking, however, your role will be part remote working with 3 days in the office from September 2020. As Senior Copywriter you will report to the Creative Director and work in a team of 8, dedicated to global technology, fintech, telecoms and manufacturing clients. You will play a key role in the creative team, championing copywriting within the agency with a view to building a strong copy team in future, challenging briefs and ideas to create the right solutions in an ever-changing digital world. You will conceptualise and author creative copy for campaigns to work across a variety of media channels, including website landing pages, email, social media, infographics as well as writing blog articles, video transcripts, and scripts for animated videos. You will often take complicated, long form copy and creating concise pieces for certain channels where there is little space or time available.
With a creative agency background, you consider yourself a storyteller and understand how to bring value to the creative process. You think globally and have strong B2B experience ideally in the tech, fintech and telecoms sectors. You have e xpertise in and passion for, the craft of writing short-form copy and a knack for writing eye-catching, meaningful headlines, able to grab your reader's attention in five words or less. You can adapt quickly and be creative in your ability to manipulate and craft a subject around the media it is intended for. You can demonstrate a deep understanding of brand voice and style to ensure they are appropriately executed. You love being part of a team and working in a collaborative way.
